Privacy Policy
In accordance to the changes in the law with regards to holding clients’ personal details (General Data Protection Regulation) in 2019, be assured that Doggylicious fully respects your privacy and your details have never and will never be passed on or sold to any third party or used for marketing purposes.
All the data you provide or have provided in the past, including your home address, telephone number and/or email are stored in accordance to GDPR regulations, with password controlled entry, fingertip/face recognition software or in a locked cabinet (paper record cards) and are necessary for the nature of the business, i.e. to confirm and attend appointments, be able to contact you in case of emergency or changes to appointment dates/ times. Other information kept on record include dates of previous appointments, amount charged and any information regarding styling requirements, behaviour issues and health issues.
Your information is kept as a legal requirement by HMRC, for a maximum of 7 years after your last appointment.
Any information you have provided during an enquiry, may be stored for a maximum of 12 months in case there are any further enquiries or you have requested to remain on a waiting/cancellation list.
I am fully insured, therefore you are advised that in case of a claim being made against me, I will be passing your details to my insurer, to enable any claim to be processed.
